The 2024 National Hoop Shoot Final Results

At the Texas Elks Camp, we are creating unforgettable experiences for children with special needs (ages 7 to 21) and those in foster care. Here, kids have the chance to make lifelong friends, try new things, and build cherished memories.  At Texas Elks Camp having a difference, doesn't make a difference!

The Hoop Shoot has been developing gritty kids for 50 years. The Elks Hoop Shoot is a free throw program for youth ages 8-13.  Each year, the six Hoop Shoot National Champions will have their names listed alongside their picture in a brand-new digital exhibit in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Our mission extends beyond academics; it's about empowering students to shape a brighter future as active community members. Scholarships are more than just financial aid; they're a stepping stone to personal growth and community impact.

We firmly believe that to secure a brighter future for our nation, we must ensure that our children grow up in environments free from the grip of drugs. We offer informative Drug Awareness materials for local schools and provide online resources.

Texas Elks, are on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of children in our community. Through our special grants, we tackle critical issues that directly benefit kids.

A program of the Elks' Grand Lodge Fraternal Committee, this contest is geared towards students in 5th through 8th grades to promote patriotism among young people.
